Medida que restringe circulação noturna em Lauro de Freitas é prorrogada por mais uma semana
O decreto que estabelece restrição de circulação noturna em todo o território de Lauro de Freitas foi prorrogado, desta segunda-feira (13) até o dia 19. Em conformidade com decisão do Governo do Estado, que estendeu medidas de prevenção na Região Metropolitana a fim de conter a proliferação do coronavírus, a Prefeitura Municipal mantém o horário de restrição das 18h até às 5h da manhã do dia seguinte. As determinações do Estado serão fiscalizadas no município por equipes da Força-Tarefa.
Conforme o decreto nº 19.826, publicado no Diário Oficial do Estado (DOE), no último sábado (11), ficam autorizados a funcionar, durante a faixa de horário restritivo, os serviços de unidades de saúde e farmácias, para compra de medicamentos, ou em situações que fique comprovada a urgência. A restrição não se aplica aos servidores, funcionários e colaboradores que atuam nas unidades públicas ou privadas de saúde e segurança, no desempenho de suas funções.
A publicação do DOM de Lauro de Freitas, desta segunda-feira (13), prorroga a vigência e efeitos jurídicos do decreto municipal nº 4.623. Portanto, fica autorizado, no período das 5h da manhã até às 17h, somente o funcionamento dos serviços essenciais, o transporte e o serviço de entrega de medicamentos e demais insumos necessários para manutenção da saúde, além das atividades relacionadas ao enfrentamento da pandemia.
Entre os serviços essenciais estão mercados, serviços de delivery, farmácias, unidades de saúde, serviços de segurança privada e funerários, postos de combustíveis, bancos e lotéricas, oficinas mecânicas, lojas de material de construção, óticas, indústrias e estabelecimentos voltados a alimentação e cuidado a animais. Ainda dentro do horário das 5h da manhã até às 17h são permitidos serviços públicos essenciais em que o funcionamento não admite interrupção, assim como as atividades relacionadas à segurança pública, saúde, proteção e defesa civil, fiscalização, arrecadação, limpeza pública, manutenção urbana, transporte público, energia, saneamento básico e comunicações.

A medida de restrição de circulação noturna como medida de enfrentamento ao novo coronavírus, causador da Covid-19, prorrogada pelo Governo do Estado no decreto nº 19.826, contempla ainda os municípios de Camaçari, Candeias, Conde, Dias D’Ávila, Itaparica, Madre de Deus, Mata de São João, Pojuca, São Francisco do Conde, São Sebastião do Passé, Simões Filho e Terra Nova.
Operação do controle de circulação
Em Lauro de Freitas, o controle de circulação de pessoas e automóveis foi iniciado em 15 de maio. Para fazer o cumprir o decreto que restringe a locomoção noturna, a Prefeitura montou uma Força-Tarefa composta por agentes fiscais de seis secretarias e por membros de forças policiais. Desde a implantação da medida até este último domingo (12), a Força-Tarefa orientou o fechamento de 102 estabelecimentos, interrompeu a realização de festas que promoviam o risco de contaminação, fez 121 atendimentos sociais, além de executar 10.608 abordagens orientativas a pessoas e veículos.
